Our priority is the safety of the citizens. What we thought would be best for this situation is the mobilization of troops all around the country. We have concluded that Military presence would force the rebels to stop the rebellion if they don’t want to end up in prison or execute. Although the military is small or too weak to do stuff like go to war it is well suited to guard the streets of country A from rebel’s.

This is somewhat a military risk as there could be attacks on the solders from the rebel’s but we have faith they can hold them off.

The cost would be relatively expensive but the oil facilities that we would save would produce that money quick in a short amount of time. Because of military presence in the streets we think that country B might recognize our power and stop the rebellion against our government.
